BUSINESS STARTUP LEGAL BASICS

There are several aspects of being business-minded that should be developed to help with success and this class seeks to provide basic education on the legal aspects of starting a new business. WILLS & TRUST PLANNING BASICS

We will navigate some of the vernacular of planning with wills and preparing to protect familial harmony in probate. This class will provide basic knowledge and dispel a few myths regarding South Dakota Wills and Trusts law. This is your chance to expand your knowledge of basic tools for effective estate planning, help answer your questions, learn how to keep your minor children, loved ones and money out of court and conflict.
