Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to support our attorneys and play an integral role in our daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working closely with clients and legal professionals in a collaborative, small-firm environment. Our paralegals contribute meaningfully to case preparation, client communication, and the efficient delivery of legal services.

Paralegal Responsibilities

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives

Assist attorneys with reviewing, revising, and finalizing estate planning documents

Prepare document summaries, asset information, and client intake materials

Communicate with clients to gather information, answer procedural questions, and coordinate appointments

Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Manage deadlines and track the status of estate planning matters

Assist with document execution, signings, and notarization

Conduct basic legal research related to estate planning matters as needed

Support attorneys with probate or trust administration tasks when applicable

Provide general administrative and case support in a collaborative, small-firm setting

** Must have a Bachelor's Degree or 3 years experience as a Paralegal.
