Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing practice and work closely with clients and attorneys in a collaborative, small-firm environment. This role offers hands-on experience in estate planning and related matters, with meaningful responsibility from day one. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to build strong legal skills while contributing to a thoughtful, service-driven practice.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss estate planning goals and gather relevant information
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
Advise clients on estate planning strategies under attorney supervision
Assist with trust administration and probate matters as needed
Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning and related practice areas
Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and client communications
Participate in document review, revisions, and execution meetings
Manage assigned matters efficiently while meeting deadlines
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a small-firm setting
Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and confidentiality at all times
