We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Realtor to assist our attorneys and clients with real estate matters related to estate planning and administration. This role works closely with the legal team to help clients navigate property-related decisions with clarity and care, ensuring real estate assets are properly addressed within their overall estate plan. The ideal candidate understands the sensitive nature of estate planning and values collaboration, professionalism, and client service.

Realtor Responsibilities

Assist clients with real estate matters connected to estate planning, trust administration, and probate
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure real property is properly titled and aligned with estate planning documents
Advise clients on real estate options related to estate transitions, sales, or transfers
Support clients with property valuation considerations and market insights as needed
Facilitate real estate transactions stemming from estate planning or administration matters
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and compassionate manner
Prepare and organize documentation related to real estate transactions
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless client service
Maintain compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
