Law students in the paid Compass Rose Law Firm Summer Associate Program participate in unique professional development opportunities, working alongside our attorney.

As a paid summer associate, you will work with us to help you manage your projects and provide informal feedback and guidance throughout the summer. You will also receive formal reviews and regular constructive feedback directly from the lawyers with whom you work.

Mentoring is essential to you success in the legal profession. Not only does our firm provide a mentoring program, but we also provide guidance, advice, and training throughout the summer. This prepares you to create valuable mentoring relationships when you start your career as an attorney.
